Alaine believes that everyone has a right to return home from work in the manner in which they arrived, if not somewhat healthier, happier and feeling more secure. Custom Safety is passionate about helping your business achieve this goal. In 2015 Custom Safety diversified to become Custom Safety and Engineering. Custom Safety and Engineering's vision is to provide professional and customised safety and engineering services and solutions for your business.

Alaine Trevor is a Senior Consultant/Specialist and the Director of Custom Safety Pty Ltd she has been involved in the safety profession for over 10 years. Her experience includes senior management safety and HSEC (Health, Safety, Environment and Community) roles in both underground coal and open cut coal mining for two of the world’s largest mining houses. 

For Alaine safety is not just a job it is a passion. Alaine has a Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, a Masters in Workplace Injury Management and Occupational Rehabilitation and a Certificate in Minerals Industry Risk Management. She is a Health Safety and Environment Lead Auditor, Accredited Return to Work Coordinator and holds Workplace Trainer and Assessor Qualifications. 

Not just another consultant Alaine has practical experience in all levels of the workplace; she has excellent communications skills and is dedicated to designing customised solutions to meet your business needs.
